Please do not trust on these so called “promotion” stated above.
Package mentioned included wording on balloons i.e Happy Birthday.
However after payment made, they will WA to informed that wordings on balloons is excluded & to include the HB wordings is chargeable which is cost of RM32.90.
Reason given was system errors, however, when we make purchase over website, all items was default (print screen attached).
This is ways of fooling customer.
This is the worst vendor I met ever and not recommended!

  We sincerely sorry about your experience. But what our Cs replied is correct information. The HB Set Foil (In a Packet) is under Add On Gifts is RM 32.90 ya.
  
  This package mentioned included wordings on balloon i.e Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday Wordings on 10″ Bubble Balloon is free. I think you got wrong meaning that Happy Birthday Set (In A Packet) is Foil Balloon it is definitely extra charges ya if you are required for that.

Never see any soap flower look like plastic as this before. The size so small, not as per expected. Overpriced for this size and different from picture. I could get bigger size for this price on tiktok. And there only 2 white daisy. Disappointed

I received flowers from this seller and flowers were not fresh at all ( soft, dry petals), I added water and kept them in cool lower fridge and yet they withered the next day. Highlight this (with pictures) to seller. Received reply with Seller who insisted that the flowers were fresh and had denied my complaints. Worse, they implied that I did not handle the bouquet properly. Let the pictures speak for itself!

Had initial worries on the authenticity of the fragrance that I wanted to buy because there are so many fake products out there. Send WhatsApp message to them which was replied promptly which gives some assurance. Purchased on their website, everything works as intended, payment was smooth using GrabPay. Able to choose delivery date and time slot. Delivery is quick and on time. Received my purchased item safe and sound. Glad to report that the fragrance is indeed authentic & original. So you can buy with confidence from Bull & Rabbit 👍

By far, this is the best online purchase store! Not only their products are creative and beautiful, but constantly they add on many choices. And their delivery service is good and on time, especially delivery on the same day service! I've been meaning to try out Bull and Rabbit to surprise my family and friends for a while now and finally managed to make two orders to date. I was certainly not disappointed. The online ordering was super easy and the team was also very responsive and friendly in attending to my queries. The delivery was also done within the time I chose, which was great! bought a Helena box and the actual size is bigger than I thought! And seller is very nice and responsive throughout the whole buying process. Great service! Loved their chat services, response was very prompt. I requested to add a personal gift together with the bouquet (had sent the extra gift to their outlet) and they helped deliver it for FREE! Even helped me wrap the gift :) A little effort from their end that made the whole experience lovely! Will definitely order from them again!

Came across B&R while Google-ing for hot air balloon bouquets. Communicated via WA was courteous and ordered/paid via their website. Straightforward process ordering online. By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. The end result was a beautiful hot air balloon bouquet the the receiver's delight and the sender's satisfaction.

Had the privilege of bring in touch with Zoe first & then Elysa before my order. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. To me, this was more than just a balloon product, it's more of a memory I wish to create in a photo shoot with it. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours. The customer service was very helpful and was in touch with me until I got the goods.They were super helpful to take the balloons up to the lobby which was located at level 9 and leave it there for me. It was so nice to get such a great balloon from Bull & Rabbit . The admin on website so kind and helpful. And for delivery also great . I was late to get to the hotel coz I just arrived to the airport but she was waiting for me and not blaming or acting up at all. And last thing the balloons very pretty and I love it so much. Very professional and prompt delivery. I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday party and didn’t have to worry about it at all and could instead focus on other aspects of the party.
