Good service as the staff able to accommodate on my request which changing flower from rose to sunflower. However, a bit upset when my sis receive the final product as she told me the ribbon that stick on the balloon is not in the middle which not aligned with the line of the balloon. Nevertheless, the staff has explain to me on the ribbon is stick slightly behind of the balloon is to accommodate with the size of sunflower.

The first delivery on the balloon somehow was leaking and become smaller after just few hours, despite the flower box was leaving indoor. However after communicate with Bulls & Rabbit team, they prepared a replacement unit and ship to me. My wife loves it and thanks Bulls & Rabbit team for the dedication work and nice services.
