By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. Had the privilege of bring in touch with Zoe first & then Elysa before my order. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. To me, this was more than just a balloon product, it's more of a memory I wish to create in a photo shoot with it. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours. The customer service was very helpful and was in touch with me until I got the goods.They were super helpful to take the balloons up to the lobby which was located at level 9 and leave it there for me.
