Never see any soap flower look like plastic as this before. The size so small, not as per expected. Overpriced for this size and different from picture. I could get bigger size for this price on tiktok. And there only 2 white daisy. Disappointed

I received flowers from this seller and flowers were not fresh at all ( soft, dry petals), I added water and kept them in cool lower fridge and yet they withered the next day. Highlight this (with pictures) to seller. Received reply with Seller who insisted that the flowers were fresh and had denied my complaints. Worse, they implied that I did not handle the bouquet properly. Let the pictures speak for itself!

Had initial worries on the authenticity of the fragrance that I wanted to buy because there are so many fake products out there. Send WhatsApp message to them which was replied promptly which gives some assurance. Purchased on their website, everything works as intended, payment was smooth using GrabPay. Able to choose delivery date and time slot. Delivery is quick and on time. Received my purchased item safe and sound. Glad to report that the fragrance is indeed authentic & original. I've been meaning to try out Bull and Rabbit to surprise my family and friends for a while now and finally managed to make two orders to date. I was certainly not disappointed. Came across B&R while Google-ing for hot air balloon bouquets. Communicated via WA was courteous and ordered/paid via their website. Straightforward process ordering online. By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. The end result was a beautiful hot air balloon bouquet the the receiver's delight and the sender's satisfaction.

Had the privilege of bring in touch with Zoe first & then Elysa before my order. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. To me, this was more than just a balloon product, it's more of a memory I wish to create in a photo shoot with it. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours. The customer service was very helpful and was in touch with me until I got the goods.They were super helpful to take the balloons up to the lobby which was located at level 9 and leave it there for me.
