By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours. The customer service was very helpful and was in touch with me until I got the goods.They were super helpful to take the balloons up to the lobby which was located at level 9 and leave it there for me.
