Great service! Loved their chat services, response was very prompt. By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. Had the privilege of bring in touch with Zoe first & then Elysa before my order. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. To me, this was more than just a balloon product, it's more of a memory I wish to create in a photo shoot with it. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours. The customer service was very helpful and was in touch with me until I got the goods.They were super helpful to take the balloons up to the lobby which was located at level 9 and leave it there for me. It was so nice to get such a great balloon from Bull & Rabbit . The admin on website so kind and helpful. And for delivery also great . I was late to get to the hotel coz I just arrived to the airport but she was waiting for me and not blaming or acting up at all. And last thing the balloons very pretty and I love it so much.
