By a cut-off time, they managed to delivery my order on the same day. They deliver within KL & Selangor only. The end result was a beautiful hot air balloon bouquet the the receiver's delight and the sender's satisfaction.

Had the privilege of bring in touch with Zoe first & then Elysa before my order. They're both kind and patience in guiding me through the order process (even though I had made a mistake) and even suggested delivery schedule to ensure the product arrive in the best of condition. They accommodated my last minute order and delivered within few hours.
