First, i asked the customer service whether i can change the delivery address and date time, i’m thankful that the customer service said can change, but in the end, the address didn’t updated but the date time to deliver updated. and the Customer service said i didn’t confirmed on the changes, WHY YOU DIDNT ASK IF YOU NEED ME TO SAY YES CONFIRMED??????!!! it was a mess that day when arranging the delivery! it was suppose to be a surprise, and in the end it make both of the receiver and sender frustrated!
Second, the balloon cant support the weight of the photos, hence the photos are not displayed as shown in the description (not one straight line and floating high like the yellow balloon on the car).
Third, i topup with option Hi Float, and still the balloon cannot FLOAT at all… cannot see the photos, which is not what i expected.
Lastly, I am a disappointed customer, and this will be the first and last order, wasted so many money and time to prepare the surprise and it’s ruined!
p/s: if my review is not able to publish in the page, then i know what’s going on
