Ordered this balloon set for 3 birthdays already and have not been disappointed. Balloons lasts quite long and are arranged very neatly in a bunch. Most of it arrived on time! On one occasion they forgot to deliver one bunch of balloons, however they were very honest and prompt to inform me (something which I truly appreciate)… and sent it straight away. Good customer service! Appreciate it so much.

Easy communications. Team was responsive in both email and WA. Balloons were delivered on time as requested. Suggest to put thicker balloons as weight so that it doesn’t leaked.
